Required Qualifications & Skills
- Qualifications
- R&D Division
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent
- Advanced degree (e.g., MSc, PhD and MD) is preferred
- Minimum 10 years of clinical and/or regulatory experiences in global development projects;
- For Director position;
- Minimum 5 years of management experiences is MUST
- Working experiences in global projects is MUST
- Experiences as Project Manager is preferred
- For Director position;
- Expert knowledge and thorough understanding of pharmaceutical drug and/or medical device development
- Details of the development procedures
- Details of the required regulations and documentations
- Proficient/expert knowledge in PMD Act, ICH GXPs, and applicable regulations/ guidelines
- Experiences of PMDA Consultations
- Knowledge of global regulatory guidance, for the development of overall global regulatory strategy
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent
- Business Development Division
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline or equivalent
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred
- Minimum 10 years of BD, Marketing and/or Sales experiences in global business environment;
- For Director position;
- Minimum 5 years of management experiences is MUST
- Working experiences in global business is MUST
- Understanding of overall development processes is preferred
- Experiences as Product Manager is preferred
- For Director position;
- Expert knowledge and thorough understanding of the trends of the relevant industries and the domestic/global market
- Details of the latest movements in the industries and the trends in the market
- Certain understandings of the R&D processes and medical practices, as well as the laws and regulations
- Proficient/expert knowledge in the Commercial Law, Promotion Codes, and the other relevant regulations/ guidelines
