• Information Security Policy
    • N2C maintains the qualities of our services high and maximizes the benefits of our clients and patients, where the services are created based upon the ethical, scientific, and regulatory knowledges of the latest.  In order to do so, we accomplish the duties, with the considerations of the information securities of any business related matters; requirements by laws and the relevant regulations,  any information in the contracts with the clients, and such.  To accomplish these, we develop, establish,  maintain and accomplish the SOPs for the ISMS Operations.
    • To accomplish the Information Security Policy, we operate our business with the SOP shown below:
        1. We provide the opportunities of educations and trainings, for all employees, to deeply understand the importance of information security and to improve the knowledge.
        2. All employees comply the SOPs to maintain the Policy.
        3. All employees have to report any violation and/or accident in information security procedures, if there happens any, and have to act to resolve such.
        4. Any employee, who acts to intentionally damage the information assets of our company or of our clients, is to become the subject of disciplinary measurements and/or legal disposals.
        5. The actions for ISMS is documented and managed, to correspond for the internal and external environmental topics for the information assets.
        6. Our ISMS System is periodically and regularly reviewed and continuously revised to be improved, to minimize the possible risks.

It is ensured that this policy is full dissemination to all employee.
